Primary Jaw Crusher

The SARIÇELİK's Primary Jaw Crushers are shapped to obtain a high productivity performance and intense production capacity. The Primary Jaw Crusher can produce with a high productivity minerals by the following needs: 0-50 / 0-90 / 0- 140 mm etc. This machine occurs in the first process of crushing in synchronization with the main hopper and the feeder linked to the main hopper. The machine can be used if the sand hardness of minerals does not exceed a hardness of 3.

Main Specifications
SARICELIK Jaw Crushers are downsizing seams and are used also for the crushing of rocks for
the use in projects.
It is the oldest and most widely used crusher type which crushes the run of material extracted
from stream beds or quarries by compressing between the tow jaws, which one of is stationary
and the other of moving. The moving jaw which generates the crushing process is hanged from
the body by an eccentric drive shaft and is supported to the body with a safety plate.

The Jaw Crusher has been designed with
single pin eccentric cylinder bearing.
Depending on the type, jaw width and the
material to be crushed, the capacity varies
between 100 to 600 tons.
The main body made of tension free metal
sheet is resistant to high crushing pressure.
The hydraulic adjustment system allows
adjustment of the jaw width.

Technical Specification
The back of the crusher has been designed
open in order to ensure easy access during
maintenance. A manual or automatic
lubricating system is available. Stationary and
moving jaws are made of manganese cast.
The moving jaw is moving up and down,
forming ellipses near to a circle at the inlet, and
by forming narrow ellipses at the outlet. This
situation allows the crushing of the material at
upper position and the accelerating ejection of
the material from the outlet, shortly, the
material flow.
In general, it is impossible to achieve the
desired material dimension with just one
crusher. The jaw crushers can be used as
primary crushers for big parts as well as a
secondary crusher for refining the material.The
feed inlet width of the secondary crushers are
smaller, compared to primary crushers. The
material to be fed, the desired dimension and
the production capacity per hour are the
crucial factors in choosing the right crusher.
A longer bearing service life is achieved
because the sliding of the pitman is prevented
by a specially designed pushing mechanism.
